William J. Peacock of Kalamazoo, Michigan, passed away

at his home. William was born

February 3, 1945

in

Kalamazoo

to Thomas and Ritchel (Rice) Peacock. For 3 years he worked at the Satellite Restaurant, William worked for Brown Paper for about a year and worked in welder-maintenance (W.E.M.R) for General Motors for 30 years. He was very mechanical and able to fix anything. He loved helping others at a moments notice. William enjoyed antique tractors and tractor shows;

was a member of the Koi Club in

Grand Rapids

and had been a Jr. Marksman at the White Oaks Gun Club. On

August 9, 1970

in Scottville he married Marlene Talsma who survives. Also surviving are his children; Donald (Rhonda) Peacock of Terre Haute, IN, Ronald (Stacy) Peacock of Alamo, Cheryl Peacock (Mary Muliett) of Battle Creek and Jesse (Shana) Larrabee of Allegan; 3 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson; a brother Robert (Pamela) Peacock of TN and a sister Nancy Jean (Larry) Williams of Modesto, CA; several nieces and nephews. Friends may meet the family on Sunday from 2 to 4 and

8 P.M.

at the

Winkel Funeral Home,

Otsego.

Cremation will follow. Contributions in memory of William may be made to Borgess VNA and Hospice Services.
