William H. Dean, Jr.

William H. ‘Billy’ Dean, Jr. of Plainwell, formerly of East Jordan, passed away Monday, November 3, 2008. Bill was born March 14, 1965 in Battle Creek, the son of William Sr. and Dorothy (Puffpaff) Dean. He had been employed with Dura Automotive and later with Boyne Mountain.

Bill loved spending time with his family. On July 1, 1988, he married Brenda Sue Miner, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Lisa Dean, and a son, Justin Dean, both of Plainwell; a sister Judy Durkson, of Kalamazoo; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Russell. Friends may meet with his family from 1 P.M. until the time of the funeral service at 2 P.M. on Friday at the Winkel Funeral Home, Otsego. Interment will be at Mount Ever-Rest Memorial Park, Kalamazoo.
