William A. Kingsbury, Sr. of Kalamazoo, Michigan, died

at his home. Mr. Kingsbury was born

April 19, 1925

Kalamazoo

to Jerry and Ida (Tripp) Kingsbury and had been a lifelong resident of the area. He was employed as a die maker with James River Corp., retiring in 1987 after 41 years 4 months of service. On

June 28, 1945

in

Kalamazoo

he married Helen Ordiway and they had celebrated 61 years of marriage. Surviving in addition to his wife are five children, William Kingsbury, Jr., Ruby (John) Boers of Plainwell, Gerry Crockett of Wisconsin, John (Nicolle) Kingsbury of Kalamazoo and Helen Casey; 10 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; a sister, Onalee (Sherman) Potter of Kalamazoo; a brother, Everett (Frances) Kingsbury of Kalamazoo; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers, Floyd and Merrill. Friends may meet the family from 2 to 4 and

Graveside services at

Alamo

Center

Cemetery

will be held at

2:00 P.M.

Friday, Pastor David Ives officiating. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate memorial contributions to Borgess VNA & Hospice Services.
