I have lived in the same apartment building as Wanda, for the past three years. During that time we have spent many, many, hours playing dominos, bingo and other games. Along with that, there have been field trips, lunch trips, senior citizen expos, Monday Morning Coffee and many hours of fellowship and friendship, with one another. We fondly refer to our apartment building as “The Home”, where there is a sense of family among the residents. Wanda has always been an important part of that family and a bright and shining star at all of the events: with her sweet disposition, her radiant smile, her ready laughter and her sense of humor. I know that I speak for all when I say that she was dearly loved and will be sorely missed. I offer my condolances to Carlene, Keith, Steve and Tim. Our hearts are heavy and we will be grieving with you.

With love,

Dave

I have known Wanda for many years, she was a very special person and a great friend to my Mom. We all worked together at the D & C Store in Otsego and have many memories there. She and Mom also had many breakfasts together and shopping trips. Wanda was just a wonderful friend to us, her soft kind ways made her the special lady she was. She will be sadly missed here, but will be welcomed in heaven by Ray and Kleo and I am sure there are many others! Our thoughts and prayers will be with Carlene, Keith, Steve and Tim during this very difficult time.
