In Times of Grief and Sorrow

In your life there will be times of great sorrow and loss.

Which brings more into play, what happened upon the cross.

A time to reflect on good times past.

With memories that are so fluently vast.

Where do we turn for comfort to ease our pain?

Who will soothe our thoughts and help us to maintain?

Family and friends will surely help comprehending.

But it’s the Lord who will guide you to peace and understanding.

With leaving your loved one in the hands of the Lord.

Your peace and serenity will soon be restored.

With His awesomeness and compassion.

Comfort will be achieved with love and satisfaction.

Knowledge of their Christian faith will put them to rest in a much better place.

As well as knowing He will be holding them in full embrace.

And with your own true Christian faith that awaits.

In time, you will again be together inside of Heaven’s Gate.
