David and I especially want to let Vera’s daughters know how sorry we are to hear of her passing. We saw them with their mother often. She was a wonderful roommate for my mother Thelma I. Schlyer for a year until she passed last August.. Vera was a lovely sweet lady and we enjoyed visiting with her. Her sister Florence was married to my father’s cousin Willis Lappin and Vera and I considered we and Mom were therefore related to her also. It is hard to lose one’s mother. David and I pray that your good memories of her will provide solace for you and your families. We are glad to have known her.
