Tina M. Bullard

Tina passed away, Monday, October 7, 2024, at her mother’s home in Plainwell. 

She was born January 8, 1966, the daughter of Roland J. “Mick” and Sandra (Burchett) Morey. Tina was a 1984 graduate of Otsego High School and graduated from Ferris State University. For the last 18 years she worked for the State of Michigan at Kalamazoo DHHS. 

Tina was lovingly known as daddy’s little princess. She enjoyed being outside working in her vegetable and flower gardens and starting crafts that may not have always gotten finished. She was an animal lover and more than anything loved spending time with her grandchildren. On June 10, 2000, she married Larry Bullard who survives. 

Also surviving are her son, Stephen (Katie) Kozal of Hudsonville; grandchildren, Brayden Meyer, William, Lainey, and Lucas Kozal; mother, Sandra Morey of Plainwell; many extended family members and her beloved English bulldog, Layla. 

She was preceded in death by her daddy and grandparents. 

Friends and family may visit with Tina’s family from 4-7 PM, Friday, October 11, 2024, at the Winkel Funeral Home, Otsego, where a funeral service will take place at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, October 12, 2024, with Pastor Joe Shaler officiating. 

Burial will follow at Mountain Home Cemetery in Otsego. 

Meet with Tina's family for a time of fellowship from 1-5 PM, on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at the Otsego VFW Post 3030. 

Contributions in memory of Tina may be directed to Centrica Care Navigators or C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital.
