Theron ‘Butch’ Caswell of Otsego, Michigan, went to be with his Lord on

. Butch was born
July 19, 1942
in Parchment. He was a 1960 graduate of
Gull
Lake
High School
. Butch was a Master Clock Maker and repairman.
He loved being with his family, especially his grandchildren and visiting with friends. He was a peaceful, gentle man and enjoyed nature, flowers, cats and collecting antiques. Butch was a very giving man and made weekly trips to the Christian Neighbors Food Pantry. On
November 15, 1963
in
Alamo
he married Carolyn Bierema, who survives. Also surviving are 2 daughters and their husbands, Vicki and Dale Hawkins and their children, Alexandra and Nolan of DeWitt, Jenny and Brian Smith and their son Noah of Ponte Vedra, FL; 3 brothers and their wives, Tom and Carol Caswell of South Boardman, Steve and Janice Caswell of Allegan, Carl and Barb Caswell of Oregon; several nieces and nephews. His daughter, Amy (Caswell) Himes, preceded him in death in 1998. Cremation has taken place. His family will receive friends at their home on Saturday from
1-4 P.M.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Christian Neighbors.
