Terry L. Rowley of Otsego, MI, died unexpectedly

, at his home. Terry was born

May 3, 1946

in

Kalamazoo

to Martin and Mary (Bowman) Rowley and was a lifelong resident of the area. He was a graduate of

Kalamazoo

Central

High School

and a Vietnam Veteran, having served in the U.S. Navy. For 33 years he was employed with Parker-Hannifin Corp. in Otsego. Terry was a passionate reader of books and especially enjoyed his cats. On

October 6, 1973

he married the former Barbara Boyer, who preceded him in death in 2006. Surviving are four brothers and a sister, G. Martin Rowley of

Dallas

,

TX

, David (Stella) Rowley of Kalamazoo, Thomas (Dorothy) Rowley of Cheboygan, William Curry of

Kalamazoo

and Mary Curry of

Portage

; many nieces and nephews, including a special niece, Debra Winn of Otsego. The family will receive friends from

to

8 P.M.

Friday at the

Winkel Funeral Home,

Otsego,

where services will be held at

2:00 P.M.

Saturday, Pastor Dave Alderman officiating. Military Honors will be conducted by V.F.W. Post #3030. Cremation will follow. Contributions in memory of Terry may be made to the Plainwell Assembly of God Church or the 12

th

Street Baptist Church.
