Tammy S. Janke

Tammy passed away, Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at her home in Allegan. 

She was born on August 13, 1962, the daughter of Theodore and Leah (Counterman) Janke. For many years Tammy worked at Hayworth in Holland. In her free time, she enjoyed being outdoors, gardening, camping and fishing. She also liked to crochet and play games. Most of all Tammy loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. 

Surviving is her son, Chad Janke of South Carolina; grandchildren, Alicia, Alexander, Chad Jr. and Travis; step-grandson, Anthony Palos; siblings, Treese Edson and Tony Janke; niece and nephews, Loralea, Danny, Joe and Matt and many great-nieces and great-nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Timothy. 

According to her wishes cremation has taken place.

A celebration of Tammy’s life will be held from 2-4 PM, Saturday, November 30, 2024, at the Trowbridge Township Hall.
