Dear Uncle Hi, Jackie& Dave & family & Sue,

We are so sad about the loss of Steve. I just talked to him last week and he sounded so positive. I know you will miss him terribly Uncle Hi – he has taken such good care of you. Thank you Jackie for your care for both Steve and Uncle Hi these last few weeks. I know you have been a blessing to them. We are glad you were able to be here in Michigan, Sue at this very difficult time. May God’s tender love ease your pain and give you strength as you continue on under his guidance. So shocked to here of Steve’s passing. I spent my winters in Marianna Park, Florida. He was always out helping others and so many people appreciated all the work he did around the park. Whenever something needed to be done, Steve was always the first in line to help. He was a positive board member. He also took such good care of his father. So dedicated.

He will surely be missed by all. My deepest sympathy goes out to his family.

We are so sorry for your loss. Steve was a good man. He worked hard at helping any neighbor who asked for his help, not asking for anything in return. I will miss most his great big smile that he always had. He will be sorely missed. May God grant you his peace in the days to come with the knowledge he no longer is in pain and is happy he is “home” with loved ones surrounding him.

Dave and Jackie and family……I was so sorry to hear about Steve and what a shock. He had many interests in his life but taking care of your dad was his primary goal and he was a good companion and son to him. I’m sure Sal will be waiting to welcome him 🙂 I love you guys and you know to call me if you need anything. Em

What a tragedy! We were neighbors in Marianna Park for years. He was a super nice guy, always helping others, and taking such good care of Hi. You can be very proud to call him your brother and son.

We are still in shock over Steves passing. We spoke to Steve a week before he passed and he was ready to fight this thing. His care for Hi was remarkable. Steve was always helping people in the park without anyone asking and he did not require a thank you or an acknowledgement for his good deeds. He did everything from his heart. We will miss his daily visits and his laughter and smile. We know Steve is in Gods hands now without pain. Steve, we love you.
