“Aunt” Lee and family,
We are very sorry for your loss. Nick was an amazing, one of a kind gentleman. He had the best smile and kindest heart. I remember the day I ran into you guys at the courthouse! You had just picked up your marriage license! You both were grinning from ear to ear! Now he has joined all of our other Angels. May peace be with you all and your moments of grief short as you go through these next few weeks. Love you all so very much!!

From the Mankin family and all the staff at Corky’s Drive-In ….. We will always remember that happy face and big smiles your tender kind heart and soul gave to all of us. Nearly every day we saw you and Lee drive over to Allegan to check out what was happening at Corky’s and eat a little something.. This was also our way Corky’s kept tabs on the both of you. Through the years you became Grandpa Nick and Grandma Lee and the Coffee People to many here at Corky’s.
To say we” will miss you” is hardly the right words for what the staff means – to come everyday – we will see Lee everyday for her coffee and that is good but your smile we will all miss. greatly. Thank you for all the years we had you !
