Skip. Cousin…. You taught me how to ride a bike! You taught me about and how to play baseball ! You included me and protected me in the neighborhood when I stayed with you, aunt Diane and uncle Ron. Even though I was your little cousin. You will forever be my favorite cousin. I wish I could tell you that one more time. My heart aches. Love and prayers to Aunt Diane, uncle Ron and cousin Lisa.

I am so sorry for your loss of Skip! I went to Starr Elementary through to Plainwell High School graduation, and he was always such a nice, sweet, kid! It is so hard, this life, and to know that his life has ended so short.

Skip…

I dont see darkness

when I think of you

I see your big ole smile come shinin thru

Everyone who needed it could count on your help

Everyone Everywhere except for yourself

Running and hiding

from feelings you felt

Insecure and unhappy with the hand you were dealt

No betting No bluffing you threw cards away

If life is a game

you’re not willing to play

You lived your life

with pain barrier deep

Confiding in few

your secrets to keep

Not feeling we’d love you NO MATTER WHAT

The door to the future you’ve slammed it shut

I’d love to bring you back if just for today

To fight the demons you carried and chase them away

I hope you found peace and do not feel alone

As the Angel’s they met you and carried you HOME
