Dan and I would like to extend our deepest and most sincere sympathy to all family members. Rob was truly a one of a kind. Nobody like to pull more pranks on people than Rob did. In the past we had many great times with Rob and Cheryl and Amy and Robbie camping at Fife Lake and Munescong River in the U.P.. I will never forget the one time we were there when he said he had to go find a bathroom and he took off and just before that we were talking about all of the bear that was up in that area. Robbie was just a baby and Cheryl was leaning over him changing his diaper in the front seat of their car. And all of a sudden there was a rustling in the bushes and a noise that sounded like a bear loud and hardy . I can still see myself today leaping over the top of Cheryl in that car. And low and behold here comes Rob out of the woods smiling and laughing his unforgettable laugh. And another time camping at Little Lake in the U.P. there was a skunk lurking around our campers at night and Rob all of a sudden opened up his camper door and threw a big pan of water on the skunk. I must say we all lucked out on that one. We used to go over to Allegan Dam and take picnic lunches and sit on the bank and fish. We had many card games and Yahtzee Games and parties. Rob was always a person that would lend a helping hand to whomever was in need. An loved his family and had a special love for his father and mother. He was a very caring person. He is going to be missed dearly by his family and friends. May you Rest in Peace Rob.
