Robert L. Snyder

Rob passed away Friday, November 1, 2019 at Borgess Pipp Hospital in Plainwell.

He was born August 4, 1954 in Allegan, the son of Robert and Martha (Hillsburg) Snyder. Rob had worked at Murco for more than 15 years and most recently at Hydro Aluminum until his retirement this past summer.

In his free time Rob enjoyed music, playing guitar, making jewelry and painting. He was very loving and patient and was a good teacher. In 1976 in Allegan Township he married Arlene Sciacca who survives.

Also surviving are his granddaughter, Gabrielle VanOrder, great-granddaughter, Stevie VanOrder; siblings, Cindy (Paul) Lickley of Allegan and Sam (Linda) Snyder of Allegan along with several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Matthew Snyder.

According to his wishes cremation has taken place.

A memorial service will be held at a later time.
