Dear Theresa: So sorry to hear of the loss of your Dad. Our family has many fond memories of you and your parents from when we lived next door to each other growing up. I remember your Dad was the first person to welcome us to the neighborhood when we moved in.

Theresa, I’ll always remember your dad out busy fixing up bikes and what a great job he did with them. It’s been so many years since we were neighbors. Sorry for your loss. Take care.
