Rick enjoyed drag racing, especially the past 50 years at the US Nationals with his 2

He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Marcia and brother, Tedd.
Friends may visit with Rick’s family starting at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, September 10, 2022, at the Otsego Church of God, until the time of the funeral service at 3:00 P.M., with Pastor Stephen Burrow officiating.

I’ve known Rick since his freshman year at PHS. We picked and barbed at each other but Rick was accepted as one ours. Our road equipment was based out the the same facility so we ran into each other often. I truly wish that he could’ve enjoyed more of his retirement. Safe journey driver.

Rick was my brother in Christ. I have such great memories of him and his caring manner. The Men’s Easter breakfast feast was one of my favorite times to hang out with Rick, especially doing the shopping on Saturday morning with all the guys, including breakfast at Poor Richards. Every time I saw a Walmart truck, I always had to look to see if it was Rick. It never was! Love you brother!

You will be so missed by all of your friends and “family” at 6843.
“Bless this truck I drive
And help me keep someone alive
Be my mortal sight this day
On streets where little children play
Bless my helper fast asleep
When the night is long and deep
And keep my cargo safe and sound
Through the hours big and round
Make my judgement sound as steel
And be my hands upon the wheel
Bless the travelers going past
And teach them to not go too fast
Give me strength for every trip
So I may care for what they ship
And make me mindful every mile
That life is just a little while.
Amen”

I was looking for Ricky and teddy for years, spelling their name Froelich wrong.
I misses Ricky by only a few weeks – would very much have loved to talk with him again.
