So sorry to hear, prayers for the family. I have many childhood memories with Phillip. A trip to Kentucky to visit his grandparents and many snow ball fights , catching the house on fire trying to make a home made bomb. Go rest high on the mountain, brother.

To the Rice family, My family is so sad to hear of the passing of Phil.He was a life long friend to my husband Scott Anderson. He was so kind to our dear father Del Anderson. The day that Del was put to rest Phil was so very kind to me. He comforted me and let me cry.We will always remember him as a free spirit who had fun.The last few years of his life he did suffer. This really makes us all sad. In the end my friends Phil is in heaven. It is a wonderful place where all your pain and sufferings are gone. God loves all his children and holds them in his loving arms.We will miss you Phil and know we will see you again one day our dear friend. We love you and pray peace for your family.God Bless you and keep you always. Scott, Amanda and Elizabeth Anderson.
