There have been no better, closer friends to us than our precious Patty and Bruce and their beautiful family. Always know you are in our hearts and our prayers will be for each of you to know and feel God’s presence in your lives. Patty went to Him in her own quiet, private peacefulness and met Him with her beautiful smile. I have no doubt of this!

She and I were best friends since 3rd grade (59 yrs). We had a most loving, enduring connection and spoke on the phone almost every day in the past years. We made sure to celebrate birthdays & anniversaries together. We vacationed together. We were blessed by a rare special friendhsip (Bruce & Patty/Larry & Jo–What a foursome!

I thank God for you my precious friend, Patty

I’ve known Patty and Bruce for most of my live and always enjoyed

seeing them. Spending time with Mike as a kid in school, Patty was always so friendly and treated me as one of her own kids.

As we grew up, and our paths continued to cross, she never changed and I will always have fond memories of her.

As you must know our thoughts and prayers are with all of you as we share your grief over the loss of your beloved wife, mother and grandmother and our dear friend Pat. We have had the honor of being part of the wonderful Bronkema family as Jodie Bronkema’s parents, therefore, sharing in the fulfilling role of also being grandparents and great grandparents to Patty’s grandchildren (our step-grandchildren) and our grandson Bryce Bronkema. What a joy it was to share with her at family gatherings, watching the love and devotion she had for her family….we have lovely memories of a most wonderful, loving person…..her smile and her easy laughter would make any family get together a joyous event…she gave us a wonderful family to love alongside of her….thank you Patty for the honer of your love and sharing …….Judy and Rich

I met Patty in the 5th grade when the one-room school, The White School, north of town was closed down, and we rural kids were integrated into the mainstream. She was a pleasure to know throughout our school years. My thoughts are with family and friends and all who loved her.

Dear Bruce and children,

Jerry and I were so saddened to hear that you have lost such a very precious lady.

We had a lot of good times out at the golf course and all the fish fries we attended together.

Patty was so proud of all her family. She will be missed dearly.

Prayers and good memories for all of you.
