Nancy L. Schricker

Nancy passed away, Monday, February 26, 2024, with her loving family by her side, at Kauhale in Otsego. 

She was born May 26, 1935, in Otsego, the daughter of Earl and Elizabeth (Gaunt) Gwilliams. For over 20 years she worked at Kal-Equip until her retirement. Nancy also worked at Pipp Hospital in the pediatric unit holding babies. 

Nancy loved the color red, cardinals, shopping and singing. She was a gifted artist and enjoyed painting, decorating her home and putting puzzles together. Nancy liked skiing with her husband and cherished her trip to Aspen. She liked staying active and spending time with her family. On December 6, 1974, in Otsego, she married Jack Schricker who survives. 

Also surviving are her children, Jackie (Mark) Covault of Otsego, Ronnie Hicks of Allegan, Steven Hicks of Allegan and Catherine (Joe) Tobin of Plainwell; grandchildren, Jennifer, Troy, Angie and Shannon; many great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews and extended family members. 

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Charles, Ed, Russell, Bob, Don and Margaret. 

According to her wishes cremation has taken place.
