So sorry to read of your mother’s passing. I remember with much fondness my parents (Tony and Helen Khodl) going to Dick’s Grocery stores for many, many years! Your meats were outstanding! The rapport your family had with all the customers was very special. May memories provide you with peace.

I’m so happy you have her journals to read and remember the happy times, she always made me feel like part of the family. What a wonderful and peaceful way to pass into your fathers arms.

I hope the memories of laughter outshine the heartache.

Peace to all of you.
