Mr. Carroll Mcnutt

Mr. Carroll ‘Mac’ McNutt of Otsego, Michigan, passed away on Friday, November 28, 2008 at Borgess Hospital. Carroll was born July 31, 1915 in Cadillac, Michigan, the son of John and Della (Homan) McNutt. On October 5, 1940, he was united in marriage to Florence (Russon) Clair. Carroll was employed by the city of Otsego, retiring in 1978. He was a member of the Otsego United Methodist Church. Mr. McNutt enjoyed reading, hunting and fishing. Surviving are two children, Sandra Brown of Decatur, Alabama, James (Alka) McNutt of Battle Creek; seven grandchildren, Megan Bolton, Randall Terry, Patrick Terry and Angie Roden, Jeff Hamilton, Mark McNutt, Pam Morgan; six great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Florence, and grandson, John McNutt. Visitation will be Monday, December 1, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00pm at

Winkel Funeral Home,

Otsego,

where services will take place Tuesday, December 2, at 11:00am, Pastor Joe Shaler officiating. Interment will be at Mountain Home Cemetery, Otsego. Memorials may be made to Otsego United Methodist Church.
