Millie passed away Friday, May 29, 2015 in Kalamazoo.
She was born Decembeer 23, 1939 in Steele, MO, the daughter of Bryan and Ethel (Basden) Cooper. Millie loved to sing and she loved being with her family.
Surviving are 5 children, Teddy (Catherine) Winn, Darla (Tim) Lassiter, Karen (Doug) VanderPyle, Patricia (Rick) Sheldon, Bryan Winn; 14 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandson, Rickie Sheldon; great-granddaughter, Aaliyah Hamblin and by her 4 brothers, Paul, Jim, Bob and Joe Cooper.
Cremation has taken place.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, June 4, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at the First Congregational Church of Otsego, with Pastor Darren Youngs officiating.
Contributions in memory of Millie may be made to the family for expenses.

Our deepest sympathy to all of you. We are so thankful for how our lives have been blessed just knowing Millie. God sent Millie to show us how deep His love is for all of us. Every time Millie called me with a prayer request, she’d always end the call with a I LoveYou! I love you,Millie!
