May B. Miller

May B. Miller of Otsego, MI passed away Sunday, March 22, 2020 at Golden Orchards in Fennville. She was born May 4, 1928 in Clearfield County, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Fred and May (Gallaher) Wisor. May was a 1947 Clearfield High School graduate. As a young woman she worked at Clearfield Furs doing their books and also modeled some of their coats. May was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Akron, Ohio where she worked for many years as the financial secretary until her retirement. She was also a member of the Eastern Star and attended the Generations Program of Allegan County from 2013 until 2019. May had lived in Otsego, staying with her son Wes until her move to Golden Orchards. On September 3, 1955 she married Clair Miller who passed away in 2013.

Surviving are her sons, Wesley (Jeanne) Miller of Otsego and Brent Miller of Dallas, Texas; grandson, Stephen Miller and granddaughter, Cassie Miller both of Akron, Ohio; 3 great-grandchildren; nieces, Dorothy Wisor and Lois Miller both of Pennsylvania and nephew, Eugene Schickling of Maryland. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, Paul, Calvin and Clifford; sister, Angeline; daughter-in-law, Sally Miller and nephew, Kenneth Schickling.

According to her wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later time.

Wow I am so sorry to read this, She brings back so many memories of years ago at the miller house with the kids and her as a massage therapist at my Drs office. I thought alot of her growing up and as an adult. RIP May Miller
