I had went to school with Matt and remained friends with him even back in our care free days of riding our box bikes everywhere from plainwell to otsego all day and night not a worry in the world and I’m glad that when I think back about Matt and who he was to me I don’t think of our partying days or any bad memories and for that I’ll cherish those memories forever.

Chris & Tom. This breaks my heart. He was always so quiet and never drew attention to himself but always, always had a smile for me whenever I saw him. I hope you find peace and I wish you comfort.

To Matts family

I am so sorry. Matt was a great friend and I am happy to have spent the time with him that we had. Those were some of the happiest moments of my life. He was a simple man, loyal to his friends, funny and a super genuine person. I think back often to all the good moments we had. Not a care in the world as long as we had our bikes nearby.

This saddens me, and I hope and wish you all can make it through this terrible situation without too much grief.

Rest in peace Mcracken.
