Mary,

We will miss you forever, we will miss calling your roadside grill where we kill it and you grill it, we will miss hearing, “WHO’S IN MY HOUSE!?”, every time we enter, we’ll miss sitting on the quiet deck and watching wildlife while we chat about life, we’ll miss hearing that the sky is up when we ask, “What’s up?”, we’ll miss you sneaking us snacks every time Grandpa says we need to stop grazing like cattle and we’ll miss that beautiful infectious smile that taught us to laugh as often as possible.

I can’t remember a time in my life when I saw you complain or judge someone else and those are qualities that very few have. Those are qualities that I hope to show my children. You’re always with us, never forgotten and I can promise you that.

Love,

Lenny

I’m so sorry to hear of Mary’s passing. I graduated with Mary and recall her enthusiasm and energy as well as her talent as a singer and actor in the school musicals. I do not live in the Otsego area any longer, but did happen to see Mary at Hardings a few times over the years. She is obviously leaving behind a loving family and I pray for you as you grieve, but also hope that your memories of her will stay alive in your minds.

My condolences to the Parsons family, the bible describes a God of comfort, “who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God.” ( 2 Corinthians 1:3,4) May God comfort you during this difficult time and may you find comfort in his promise of a resurrection.
