Mary Jeannine Gregg
Mary Jeannine Gregg passed away peacefully on November 7, 2016 at Rose Arbor Hospice.
She was born on April 6, 1933 in Louisville, KY, the daughter of Edward and Evelyn (Barnes) Goffinet. Jeannine was a gifted artist, an avid reader and gardener. She loved spending time with her family and her furry family.
She is survived by her husband, Dr. Bill Gregg; children, Tom (Thia Rose) Reising, Lin (Dan) Lukins, Laura Reising, Scott (Vicky Frame) Reising and Beth Franko; grandchildren, Patty, Jacob, Sara, Carly and Nick and great-grandchildren, Crystal, Nicole, Lillian, Gabriel, Jasper and Oliver.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Pete; husband, Tom Reising and 2 daughters, Ann Marie Reising and Mary Elizabeth Reising.
According to her wishes cremation has taken place.
No services will be held per Jeannine’s instruction.
Her family asks that in her memory please perform a random act of kindness and be peaceful.

Bill and Family, I was sad to hear about Jeannie’s passing. I know how hard this has been for all of you these past couple of years, so have peace in knowing she is not suffering any more. I’m so sorry to hear about Jeannie’s passing. May all of you hold wonderful memories in your hearts forever! Although I didn’t know Jeannie all that well, she always put a smile on my face and I enjoyed talking with her. One thing I know, she certainly loved her family. All of you will be in my thoughts and prayers. May God be with all of you during this difficult time.

Uncle Bill and Family,
My heart goes out to all of you in this difficult time. We are thankful that she was in our lives. I loved sitting at the kitchen table (at Gravel Springs) with Uncle Bill and Aunt Jeannie talking late into the night about everything! She gave us cousins! Scott and Beth are the closest thing to cousin I have ever had, and I am truly grateful for any family I can get. Prayers to all of you now and always.

These last months have been a real emotional upheaval. A big thing that helped me get through all of this are all my nephews and nieces and Families which I’ve been lucky enough to renew and I sincerely love you all.

SO VERY SORRY TO HEAR OF JEANNIE’S PASSING, SO MANY MEMORIES OF HER I HAVE, SHE WAS SUCH A SWEET, HAPPY PERSON, I REMEMBER THE TALKS AND TEARS WE SHARED TOGETHER OVER THE YEARS. We are so sorry for your loss. When we had dogs years ago, we used to see Jeannie often but had not seen her in years. She had a great personality and everyone liked her a lot. We know she will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and sympathy are with all of her family.

I was so sorry to hear of your loss.So sorry didn’t know sooner.My thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time.Even though I didn’t know her personally I know she was a very kind person because when I lost one of my furry babies she and Dr Gregg called me at home . I know how hard this is to lose someone you love but to just know she is no longer suffering.
