Smit family. I will miss your mothers sense of humor and generous laugh. She would talk with me often about her becoming a Christian as a teenager, marrying her husband and how she was blessed with such a handsome man that truly loved her. She would tell me how much her family meant to her and the love she had for all of you. Her faith was strong and she was passionate in witnessing for the Lord. Thank you for the honor of caring for your mother.

I know Marilyn from volunteering at Alamo Nursing Home. She really enjoyed singing the hymns at the church service that was on Saturday mornings. She was very special, and I am glad I got to know her. I will be praying for all of you.

Sorry to learn of your mother. It is said that mothers take the place of many, yet no one can take their place. Hugs go out to you at this sad time.

She was such a good friend to my mother (Rachel Smith). She was so sweet and caring. Mom will miss her and frequently wondered how she was doing….unable to visit because of her own health. Praying for you and your family.
