Marilyn Koster

Passed away Wednesday, August 28, 2024 in Allegan. Marilyn was born January 12, 1932 in Frankfort, IN the daughter of Abbie and Chloie (Record) Brandon. She had worked for Kal-Equip, then Safari Circuits. In her free time, she enjoyed bowling, golfing, working puzzles, word searches and traveling. On December 3, 1950 in Frankfort, IN she married Robert Koster who preceded her in death on August 20, 2024.

 Surviving are her children Pamela (Robert) Campbell of Harrison, Stephanie Koster of Plainwell and Jeffrey (Michelle) Koster of Allegan, 9 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; her siblings, Richard Brandon and Pat Blevins; and many nieces and nephews. Preceding her death were her parents; great-grandsons Robert & Kyle; and her brothers, Howard, James and Don. 

A Memorial Service for Marilyn and Bob will be held Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. at the First Presbyterian Church, Plainwell, with Rev. Dr. Ruth Lowry officiating. A private family burial of their ashes will take place at Fort Custer National Cemetery.
