Marian Stipcak

Marian Stipcak of Plainwell, Michigan, passed away Thursday, August 26, 2010 at her home. Marian was born February 24, 1920 in Otsego, the daughter of Jay and Rose (Wise) Nichols. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Otsego and the Otsego Moose Lodge. Marian was an artist and enjoyed reading and singing. Surviving are 2 sisters, Pearl Gibson and Hazel Maxwell; a sister-in-law Paula Lutes; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and extended family members. Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband John and several brothers and sisters. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place and no service will be held. Burial of cremated remains will be at Mountain Home Cemetery, Otsego. Memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church of Otsego.
