Luke was one of those guys who instantly put a smile on everyones face when he walked in the door. He always addressed my dad by Mr. Brown and was just an all around good guy. His big heart and even bigger smile will continue to live on through everyone he’s touched.

I am so incredibly sorry for your loss. Luke is an amazing guy and everybody’s friend. I feel very lucky to know him, and I know you’re proud to have a son like him. If I can help out or be there in any way let me know. He showed my daughter how to do a handstand, he will always watch over us now. He was just plain fun to be around. Thank you for sharing him with us all.

My family knew Luke growing up, and Luke was one of my brother’s friends. I bumped into Luke for the first time in years just last Christmas, and thought to myself, “Wow! Luke grew up to be a truly fine man.” He had such a good, kind way about him. His family must be hurting so deeply right now, I can’t even imagine. He will be missed by all who knew him, and his family will be in both my family’s and my prayers.

Dennis and Dorie are amazing parents. Everyone felt welcomed at their home. I can remember spending time at their house growing up, and there was ALWAYS something fun going on at their house. Karaoke parties, eating fondue, playing games, catch phrase… I remember being so impressed at how Luke taught himself to play the piano, AND guitar, and got good at both incredibly fast. He was such a talented guy. All my favorite childhood memories were with the Vincent family. Zoo, parks, soccer games, and Yankee Springs beach. I cherish those memories, Praying for you guys. Love you all

I will always remember Luke’s smile and laugh they were both contagions, even though we lost touch after high school I can still remember what a positive impact he had on those that he surrounded. He was a great young man and will never be forgotten. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends. He will be missed but never forgotten.

I just want to say I’m very sorry for your loss. I have a had a few memorable experiences with Luke. I know he knew how to make the crowd laugh, and he brought people together. Luke was always in high spirits when he played sports in high school. Luke will be missed and never forgotten. I know at this moment he is watching over us with Larry.

Luke was one of the first kids from PHS that I described as “one of my favorite”. I loved his big heart, warm smile and concern for others. I’m lucky to have known him. As I got to know other members of the Vincent family it was easy to see where those values came from. My heart goes out to each one of you. You are in my prayers.

I remember back to the year Luke swam for PHS. I couldn’t believe he decided to “just do it”. What courage he had and he really was pretty good at it. Also, that was by far the funnest year we had swimming at PHS. Your son was a free spirit-what a tremendous quality.
Max, Emma and I know there are no words that can make this any easier, but please know that you are loved by many and we will always be here if you need us.

Dear Vincent Family, We are so sorry for your loss and our hearts go out to your whole family, relatives and friends of Luke’s. Last night showed how much this community cared for Luke and your family. The incredible amount of support is a great testament to who Luke was and what your family means to Plainwell. Last week as I was heading out of basketball practice at Valley, I heard someone say, hey coach, I turned and it was Luke. We shared laughs and wished each other well but as we left, Luke said – “I am on my way back, coach” and I replied “Luke it looks like you are already there.” I will never forget that moment, his great smile or how he stuck up for eveyone. We will miss you, Luke!

Dear Vincent Family, I was so sorry to hear of your loss. I only knew Luke a little bit, but I could see that he was a wonderful person. I so enjoyed watching him on the swim and track teams with Nick – that group of boys just seemed to have so much fun together. From one who knows, it just isn’t right for a parent to lose a child no matter what their age. Cherish all your memories of Luke and he will always be with you. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
