I started working at Parker in 1977, that’s where I first met June. I have many fond memories. Whenever I would run into her, usually at Meijers, she would say “Hi Barbie, how ya doin?” June had that twinkle in her eyes and comforting smile, what a sweet lady. She had a strong faith, June has gone home to our Savior Jesus Christ.

My deepest condolences to June’s family and friends. She was loved by many. A woman of such small stature with a huge heart. June embodied the fruits of the spirit and shared them with all. She was gentle and soft spoken with a great amount of class, yet there was enough sass and moxie to keep her real. I will always cherish her funny stories and hear her saying, “ I’ve got to learn to behave myself.” On December 23 as June entered into her eternal home, I can almost hear the voice of Jesus resounding throughout the heavens saying, “ Welcome June. Job well done good and faithful servant. Let the dancing begin.” I love you and will miss you so much June.

June was a light in any room she walked into. She always had a hug and a smile for anyone and her energy, even at 97 will b e missed. Our Dad and her used to tear up the dance floor at the elks when in their 80’s. She was kindness, and fun rolled up in one tiny package. Our Condolences to her family, She left a beautiful legacy.

June was a sweet beautiful soul. I remember when her and Med would stop over to my parents house (Fred and Jill Campbell) and visit when I was young. It was rewarding to visit with her when she attended my parents funeral luncheons at St. Margarets in Otsego. She gave me her phone number and I called a few times just to check in on her. She was the last spouse of the MacSimBar (Mead) papermill crowd. I’m glad you had such a long time with your Mom now she can go to her reward in Heaven.
