to Wesley and Marjorie (Giles) Martin. She was a member of Berean Baptist Church of Portage and also volunteered with the M.O.P.S. children’s group at

. In her leisure time Lois enjoyed sewing and gardening. On

June 4, 1971

Portage

she married Garth King, who survives. Also surviving are three sons and two daughters, Matthew (Kara) King of Arizona, Paul King of Plainwell, David King of Otsego, Lynda King and Amy King, both of Kalamazoo; two granddaughters and a grandson. She was preceded in death by her parents and by her brother, Earl Martin. The family will receive friends from

Tuesday at the Winkel Funeral Home, Otsego, where funeral services will be held at

11:00 A.M.
