Between us, we have years of memories of Lew & Helen as neighbors at Littlejohn Lake, beginning when Roger’s parents lived there. In later years, we looked forward to Lew stopping for a chat when he drove out to work around his lake home, almost daily while we were there in the summer. We miss him. He was a man of many interests and talents. Our sympathy to Eric, Mark, Carrie and all of the family.

Eric, Mark, and family – Our sincere condolences on the loss of your father. I have so many wonderful memories of both your mom and dad and those fun-filled times out at Littlejohn Lake. Our dad had so much respect for your dad and enjoyed building boats with him. Both of your parents were very kind and special people and it was an honor to have known them. I apologize that we were unable to attend the memorial but we are currently out of town on vacation.
Love and prayers –
Merle and Trevah (Brininger) Dalrymple

My sympathy for the loss of your father. I worked with Lewis at Consumers Energy for many years and we built a great firiendship. He was a very kind person with many talents. He took a family picture for us in front of his ” saloon ” at Little John. I recently had a few nice visits with him and I am thankful for that. A wonderful man !
God Bless !

The sympathies of our family for your loss go out to your family. For so many years, we all were like one big family. Among my fondest memories are of my father at the controls of our Lovett boat. What fun we had at Littlejohn, usually under the watchful eye of a Lovett (or Gerry)!
