Kevin F. Williams

Kevin passed away Friday, July 9, 2021 at his house in Otsego.

He was born February 10, 1966 in Kalamazoo, the son of Donald and Nancy (Foust) Williams. Kevin was a 1984 Plainwell High School graduate and lifelong resident of the area. He worked as an engineer for over 30 years.

Kevin would spend his nights wrestling with his beloved mastiff, Torvi. On October 14, 1989 at Plainwell United Methodist Church he married the love of his life Ingrid Roerade. Together they enjoyed going for walks with the dogs, traveling to California and Arizona to see his brother Mike and family, and going for hikes.

Surviving are his wife, Ingrid; daughter, Audrianna Williams of Rockford; son, Zach (Sam) Williams of Kalamazoo; his brother, Matt (Cindi) Williams, Walt Williams, Don (Toni) Williams, Mike (Dee) Williams; sisters, Leanna (Kevin) Thiel, Sandy Lash; along with many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his sister Teresa Williams and nephew Brian Williams.

According to his wishes cremation has taken place.

Kevin was a devoted husband, loving and proud father. He will be deeply missed by family and many friends.

Ingrid,

My wife, Laura & I are so sorry to hear this news! Our prayers & condolences are with you and all of the family. I always enjoyed being able to catch-up and talk w/ Kevin when we saw each other. It was so kind of him to come to my dad’s (Harold (Breezy) Brown) memorial service back in June. It was great to see him and reminisce about childhood memories together. He will be missed!

So sorry to hear of Kevin’s passing. I enjoyed Kevin’s company on our commute back and forth to work. I enjoyed playing golf with him as well. Even though we fell out of touch, he will be missed. Condolences and God bless to Ingrid and his children.
