Katherine J. ‘Kathy” Clark of Trowbridge Township passed away Friday, January 30, 2009 surrounded by her loving family. Katherine was born in Alabama on April 26, 1949 to Wollie and Mary (Bea) Bumgart. Katherine loved to travel with her husband Bill to fishing tournaments. She liked to read, fish and watch home decorating shows. She also enjoyed wildlife and caring for her cats Boo and Smokey. On April 1, 1977 she married William Clark who survives. Also surviving are her mother, Mary, a sister Joan (Greg) Gregory, a brother Mike (Lori) Bumgart, a special niece Nicole (Larry) Sweeney and a special nephew Cody (Danna) Gregory. Other nieces Andrea Parsons and Michelle Wycoff and a nephew Michael Bumgart II; also the joys of her life, Isabelle, Gavin, Addison and her name sake Zoey Katherine. To them she was Grandma Kathy! She was preceded in death by her infant daughter Lisa and her father Wollie. Friends may meet with her family from 4-7 P.M. Tuesday at Winkel Funeral Home, where a service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM Celebrant William Rose officiating. Memorial gifts can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
