Julia Lee Vagasky

Julia Lee Vagasky of Alamo Twp., MI passed away Friday, November 24, 2006 in Kalamazoo. Mrs. Vagasky was born February 24, 1917 in Mount Victory, OH to Paul and Gay (McKim) Friedly. Julia Lee was very active in the Methodist Church. She was an animal lover and especially loved her family. Julia Lee was everyone’s friend and all who met her loved her. In December of 1946 in Columbus, OH she married Michael Vagasky who preceded her in death in 1996. Surviving are two sons and a daughter, Bill (Sandra) Vagasky of Otsego, Mark (Deborah) Vagasky of Delaware, OH and Lynn (John) Kinch of Ortonville, MI; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 28, 2006 at the Price Funeral Home, 152 Main St., Dunkirk, Ohio. Friends may meet the family beginning at 1:30 PM Tuesday. Burial will follow at Dunkirk Cemetery. Contributions in Julia Lee’s memory may be made to Kalamazoo Animal Rescue, P.O. Box 3295, Kalamazoo, MI 49003.
