To Tim and family! I’m so sad to hear of Judy’s passing. May Loving Memories fill your sorrow with peace and comfort. I have so many memories of our childhood and growing up together, We were almost inseparable from the 3rd grade until our mid twenties… then family and life took over. She may have been a year older but we still did most things together. I remember our neighborhood club house and our 5 cent dues, and a band we were going to have together with my sister Claudia and friend Tamara G. We were going to call it JuJu, Ram, Cam and Tam. We planned to sing Happy Together by The Turtles for a talent show. I believe they canceled the talent show, which may have saved us some embarrassment Judy and I’d roll barrels up and down my driveway and play in the back 40 climbing Old Faithful and tobogganing down Gerlof’s Hill. We’d roller-skate every weekend and spend the summers swimming at her Aunts. Like I said, she was my best buddy. Miss those days of heart to heart talks and long bike rides. I wish you well Judy… always in my memory… until we meet again!

Uncle Tim and family,

So sorry to hear of Aunt Judy’s passing. I have many memories of her and your family in my heart. My favorite time with Aunt Judy was at the St. Margrets bingo on Friday night. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

So sorry for your loss. My mom told me about it today. My Grandpa was Roy Sheaffer who was Don Sheaffer’s brother so we are cousins. My mother is Karen Sheaffer Farrell. She named me after Judy’s sister Julie. I have wanted to connect with your family and meet Julie to see my name sake. I would love to hear from your family. I live in Saugatuck, Mi. I am listed on Facebook as Julie Rae Fisher Jacobusse. My cell is: 706-476-0485 and my email is:

. I teach K-5 Art for Hartford Schools. I know this is hardly the time for a family reunion but would be good to reconnect. I plan on going to the memorial on Oct. 20. Maybe I can meet all of you then. Thanks, Julie
