Joyce A. Gaffney

Joyce passed away, Friday, May 3, 2024, in Bloomingdale. 

She was born February 11, 1946, in Allegan, the daughter of Camille and Dorothy (Ullum) LaViolet. Joyce enjoyed rock collecting, playing cribbage, doing puzzles, being outdoors and camping. 

She was a sweet soul who loved people and a good party. Joyce was one to never complain and lived life to the fullest. In 1979 she married Andrew Gaffney who survives. 

Also surviving are her children, Chucky, Norman and Sherrie; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Camille Jr, Rodger, Tommy, Danny and Dottie along with many nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Suzie and siblings, Camilla, Betty, Linda and Christine. 

According to her wishes cremation has taken place. 

A celebration of life will be held at a later time with burial of ashes at Kendell Cemetery.
