Josephine passed away Monday, July 1, 2019 at Vicinia Gardens in Otsego.
She was born September 6, 1921 in Knoblick, Missouri, the daughter of Jonah and Martha (Watkins) Clark. Josephine enjoyed gardening dancing, traveling and fishing. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and Kalamazoo Antique Automobile Club.
Surviving are her children, Madonna (Don) Steele and Mike (Cindy) Daggett; grandchildren, Jeff Steele, Wendy (Mike) Wallace; Russell (Christina) Steele and Dawn (Rick) Baad; 9 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Russell; brothers, Sanford; Dan and Roy Clark; sisters, Flora, Eliza, Lettie, Lora, Opal, Minnie, Esther and Eleanor.
A private family graveside service will be held at Riverside Cemetery in Kalamazoo.
Contributions in memory of Josephine may be made to the Humane Society.
