Janet D. Hall

Janet D. Wakefield Hall of Plainwell, Michigan, passed away Wednesday, November 3, 2010 in Kalamazoo. Janet was born January 23, 1929 in Augusta, the daughter of Aubrey and Leota (Kart) Wakefield.

In 1946 she graduated from Otsego High School and worked several years at Shakespeare in Kalamazoo. For over 20 years, she owned and operated Middle Earth Graphics, providing board games and printing services.

Janet enjoyed flower gardening, reading and fishing. Surviving are her daughter, Lori Knobloch of Allegan; four grandsons, Jordan Knobloch of Kalamazoo, Taylan Knobloch of Fayette, Iowa, Aubrey and Harper Knobloch, both of Allegan. She was preceded in death by her parents. Friends may meet with her family on Monday from 1pm to 2pm at the Winkel Funeral Home, Otsego, where a service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday. Interment will be at Augusta

Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kalamazoo Nature Center.
