Jim, you left this life much too young. Thanks for being a friend.

To his loved ones: He was a helpful, considerate, guy who I worked with when I was at Parker Hannifin, third shift. Press your memories close to your hearts and know you will all be together some day.

We didn’t know Jim for very long.

We became his neighbors just this last summer,

Jim was a friend to my son, a friendly face to see

riding around the block on his motorized wheelchair.

I remember coming home from work, being out in my

yard, hoping to see him coming around the corner,

He always had time for a nice conversation. And it wasn’t

about him. He was always asking if we needed anything.

Here is a man dying of cancer, and he wants to help us.

God bless you Jim. I am proud to have known you.

I just learned about Jim’s passing from google. Jim lived across the street from me and we became close friends. I was just learning to play guitar, and one of the first songs I learned was “nobody knows it but me” by John Michael Montgomery. The reason I say that is because when we were just sitting around bored, Jim would tell me to go get my guitar and he’d break out the harmonica and I would sing and pick guitar and he’d play the havrmonica. He was actually quite good at it. One of my fondest memories. Miss you buddy.
