My sympathies go out to the family. Our families moved to Kalamazoo at the same time and our fathers worked in the same dept at GM and became very good friends. My brothers and I grew up hanging out at their farm. Jim always had a ready smile and a listening ear. Heaven has welcomed another angel home.

I am very sorry to hear of Jim’s passing. I have many wonderful memories of Jim, and his entire family. He was a good man who, by his example, impressed me greatly when I was young. Although I know little of his work at GM, I know from my father he was a good friend. My heart goes out to all his family.

I am very saddened by hearing of your father’s passing. He was truly a very nice person. I enjoyed speaking with him when I was younger and took his advice many times. I enjoyed every minute of visiting the farm and have many fond memories. Your mother & father were some of the nicest people I know and knowing them was an honor & privilege. My heartfelt prayers go with him and your family.
