Jacqueline E. ‘Jackie’ Fredericks of Otsego, Michigan, passed away

at her home. Jackie was born

August 2, 1968

in Big Rapids, the daughter of Patrick and Janet (

Hampton

) Fredericks. She enjoyed crafts and camping. Surviving are her children Jerry (Kim) Vorva, Ashley Vorva (Brad), and Devon Hopper; her parents and their spouses, Patrick and Lori Fredericks and Janet and Dudley Rose; one grandmother, Edith Fredericks; 4 sisters and 2 brothers; Rebecca (Jeff) Danna, and their children, Taylor, Peyton, Cameron and Alayna;

Lindsey Fredericks; Patrick Fredericks and his children, Shawna, Shianna and Kaitlyn; Darcy (Jayson) Ennis and their children, Madison, Jayson, Camdon; Dawn (Justin) Perry; Tom (Jan) Rose and their children, Lauren and Madeline; her aunts, Sharon Fredericks, Alvera Fredericks and Deb (Terry) Block; and a great aunt and uncle Beatrice & Robert Stout. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Edward and Juanita Hampton, a grandfather, Leroy Fredericks; an aunt, Patricia Smith and an uncle, John Fredericks. The family would like to extend their thanks to Wings of Hope Hospice for their help in caring for Jackie. Following a private family service, they will meet with friends at V.F.W. Post #3030 in Otsego for a memorial visitation and time of fellowship from

12:00 – 3:00 P.M.
