Ma Winter was a remarkable woman. She touched my life in countless positive ways, and allowed me into her home so many times throughout high school. Her spirit will live on through all those whose lives she touched and enhanced. Condolences to her wonderful, loving family.

Dawn, Andy, Cindy, Janice et al,
We’re saddened by your mom’s departure from this life. She was a blessing to us while at Peace, and I know even moreso to all of you throughout your lives. I’m sure she was ready to go to be with Jesus and with your dad and all the Lord’s saints. I know there have been a few times in the past she was ready. May the promise of that glorious reunion in Christ be your comfort, confidence, joy and strength!

I always appreciated the welcoming and humorous spirit Ina displayed towards me and my family, even though we didn’t get to spend all that much time with her. I affectionately called her “Ida,” after slipping up once and doing so. I told her I must have been thinking of the “Ore-Ida” french fries! She got a kick out of that and let me call her “Ida” from then on! She will be missed, but only for a time. “Because I live, you also will live.”

It saddens us as a class to see our friends/classmates losing their parents as we all get older and go thru the cycles of life. Ina was known and adored by many of us and our hearts go out to Andy and all the Winter family during this time of loss.

All our thoughts and prayers are with the family. She was a great LADY and Friend at dialysis. We always enjoyed visiting with her . (The bread lady.)
She always reminded Tom to tell me thank-you after I helped him with his coat!! As soon as he had it on she would say: Now what do you tell her Tom!:.
She was so proud of all of you kids!!!!!
