Henry J. Borden Jr.

Henry passed away, Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at the Wings Home in Allegan. Born in Spaulding, Michigan, Henry was known for his love of country life and the great outdoors. Henry owned and operated his farm in Otsego for many years. His passion for hunting and fishing, along with his green thumb evident in his gardening skills, brought him immense joy throughout his life. Henry's knack for understanding mechanical workings was unparalleled.

Henry's departure leaves a void in the hearts of his surviving family members and numerous friends who were touched by his warmth and kindness. Though he is no longer with us, his spirit lives on in the memories shared by those who had the privilege of knowing him.

In honoring Henry J. Borden Jr., let us remember the joy he found in nature's beauty and the wisdom he imparted through his mechanical prowess. May his legacy endure through the stories we share and the lives he enriched along the way. 

According to his wishes cremation has taken place. 

Burial of ashes will take place at Hicks Cemetery in Watson Township. 

A memorial celebration will be held later this summer.
