Hazel passed away Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at her home in Otsego.
She was born March 8, 1936 in Kalamazoo, the daughter of William and Sylvia (Born) Try. For over 20 years she worked at Perrigo until her retirement. Hazel loved her family, animals, music, shopping and trips to the casino. On January 23, 1954 she married her sweetie, Trevor Warner who preceded her in death.
Surviving are her daughters, Terri (Richard) Story and Tamera Warner; grandson, Rob (Jessica) Daniels-Warner; sister, Marcia Butler along with several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Rodney; grandson, Ryan Story; son-in-law, Randy Warner; brothers, Roger and Ronald and sister, Nancy.
According to her wishes cremation has taken place.
A memorial celebration will be held from 1-4 P.M., Saturday, January 22, 2022, at the Gun Plain Township Hall, 381 8
th
St., Plainwell. Light refreshments will be served.
Contributions in memory of Hazel may be made to the
Disabled American Veterans.
