We worked with Gloria and Harold several years at Big Cypress NP and visited them in Yellowstone when we were at Grand Teton NP. Many NPS personnel will miss them both. May God comfort you in your loss.

Gloria was my aunt and my friend. She was such an inspiration to me. She never complained about anyone or anything and believed the best in everyone. I could talk to her about anything. She never judged, but just listened. We had so many good times together and I will truly miss her. But knowing that she is in heaven with uncle Harold now gives me comfort.

From winter friends at Our Savior Lutheran, their winter church in Naples, FL, we send our condolences. We enjoyed Harold and Gloria’s visits every winter. They shared their fondness for dominoes with us. We pray you are comforted with the assurance that Gloria now rests in the presence of her Savior, and has heard, “ Well done, thou good and faithful servant.”

Esther, Phil, and Kathy. Your mom entered our lives when she started working at the Chicken Chalet. We couldn’t have imagined what that developed into. Your parents were a gift to my mom and dad and to the whole family.
