Geraldine ‘Jub’ Arnett of Alamo Township, passed away

, the daughter of James Begale and Bertha Collingsworth. She was employed with Parker Hannifin for 8 years, retiring in 1974. Geraldine was a member of the Otsego Rebekkah Lodge and enjoyed flower gardening, caring for her lawn, playing Canasta and other card games.

She was an excellent cook and worked very hard for her family. On

in Salyerville, she married Edward Arnett. They celebrated their 65

th

wedding anniversary on

December 4, 2007

. Surviving in addition to her husband are 5 daughters, 3 sons and their spouses, Phyllis Humphries of Plainwell, Thelma Hawley of Otsego, Edward Jr. (Trisha) Arnett of Kalamazoo, Carol (Tony) Gilman of Kalamazoo, Linda (Ted) Collins of Ludington, Terry (Sue) Arnett of Ohio, Deborah (Gary) Tefft of Kalamazoo and Delbert (Brenda) Arnett of Ohio; 15 grandchildren, Kelly Guyton, Jody Crawford, Tina Hawley, Eddie, Shawn, Paul and Louis Arnett, Tammy McMullen, Dina Sutton, Georjenna Purple, Terry Arnett Jr,, Tonia Forney, Brandon, Allison and Zachery Arnett; 31 great grandchildren; 1 great great granddaughter, Emily Jade Crawford. Preceding her in death were her parents; a son-in-law, Ron Hawley; 3 grandchildren, Brett Humphries, Teddy Collins Jr. and Michael Arnett; and a great granddaughter, Dana Purple. Friends may meet with her family from
