Wayne, Kim, Lisa, Sam and Families,
I am very saddened to hear of your father’s passing. Frank was the nicest guy and always willing to lend a hand. I have lived next to the Rayburn’s for over 25 years. They were the best neighbors and always looked out for us! My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time and in the days ahead. We have lost a fine man! Rest in peace, my friend. You will be missed!

I worked with Frank at Parker Hydraulics in Otsego. He was a hard worker and a pleasure to know and work with. Many
good memories of the past. His 50th birthday party was a hoot. He liked to watch, This Old House on T.V. and this would
give him many building projects to try at home. Lastly I really missed him when he left to open his store down town. I
hope to see him in heaven someday. Thank You for your service too. Old sailors never die, they just sail away.
